The core objective of eWS is to achieve project delivery on time, on budget, and within scope. eWS drives to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations; making sure the system at the end of the solution delivery project is stable and operational enough to be moved into production without delay.
To achieve these objectives, eWS follows repeatable, predictable, and scalable practices, including quality assurance, risk management, and rapid deployment approaches. This includes the integration of third-party components, and the service and relationship management of associated suppliers (Sun, Cisco, Oracle, Veritas, etc.).
Onsite Assistance Engineer
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge in VAS and/or IN applications
- Minimum 1 year of technical support or implementation experience in Telecommunications or IT
- Good knowledge in UNIX
