In addition, our program focuses on the application and transfer of knowledge, developing speaking and communication skills and promoting leadership and personality development.

LEAD TEACHER

DUTIES :

• Run the academy in conjunction with the center manager
• Insure that all classes are run in a safe and enjoyable manner
• Prepare the lesson materials, test the activities, familiarize with the lesson contents
• Oversee other teachers and be responsible for class quality
• Handle scheduling of guests for classes

REQUIREMENTS :

• Good verbal and written skills
• Good memory skills
• Creative and imaginative
• Experience working with children and love them
• Comfortable speaking and dealing with both adults and children (Microsoft program knowledge and a background in child development are a plus)
• Must be open to coaching
• High level of English skill
• Preferably for candidates who live in South Jakarta
