HRD MANAGER (CM-JD) - BEKASI

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in related discipline from a reputable university.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years working experience at managerial level
• Having hands on skill in human resources management, general affairs, industrial relationship & safety and training
• Well-versed in employment-related government regulations
• Strong analytical mind, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Resourceful, well organized and result-driven team leader/player
• Placement : Bekasi

General Requirement :

• Max. Age 35 (except for HRM 45)
• Proficient in written & spoken English and computer literate
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Adaptable, smart worker, fast learner, self-motivated, responsible
• Able to operate computer (min. microsoft office)
