CRM Manager    

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Customer retention, acquisition and maintain active customer base
• Analyzing potential customer and take and give from/to them.
• Giving feed back to Management for increasing performance/productivity through customer database.
• As a team leader to develop standard customer database in sales operation
• Cross selling activities focusing to potential customer

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

• 5 years previous and recent experience in Customer Relation Management
• S 1 Degree
• Strong Business sense, pragmatism.
• Organized and determined persistent person.
• Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership.
• Proactive and Team player.
• Able to promote cross functional effectiveness.
• Analytical spirit, capacity to ease process and analyze figures. From complex to simple attitude.
• Decision making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environment.
• Training skills
• Able to communicate at different organization levels
• Good English and Computer Literacy
